Production Operator
Requirements :
- CANDIDATES WITH 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE PLASTIC MANUFACTURING LINE IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- Required skill (s): Computer literate (Excel-Advance Level & Access), Organization skills, Bilingual (English & Chinese).
- Preferred skill (s): Meticulous, Good Memory, Good with Maths, Analytical.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- Preferred language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Production Planning/Material Management or equivalent.
- Preferably can start work immediately
- Able to work under pressure, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
- 6 working days.
Costing Executive
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the accuracy of product costs and stock valuation
- Coordinate stock count exercise and assist in inventory controls
- Prepare and compile monthly inventory report for stock count
- Involve in physical inventory and administration of stock adjustment / special request
- Involve in verification of daily, monthly and yearly inventory count.
- Assist in month end closing;
- Assist in Budget and Quarterly Forecast preparation
- Analyse product costs, profitability and variance reports, identify causes and formulate remedial actions
- Analyse, monitor and identify critical aging parts to minimize inventory level
- Perform cost price calculation
- Assist in treasury function
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (LCCI Higher) or Degree in Accountancy
- Preferably female candidates which able to communicate in Chinese dialects.
- Be able to meet deadlines of month-end closing and ad-hoc assignments
- Preferably possessed costing background in a Manufacturing Environment.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing accounts / costing
- Advance in computer, microsoft excel, word and etc.
- Experience with ERP System will be an added advantage
- Preferably able to start immediately
- 5 ½ days working. Saturday is alternate working day.
- Working hour: 8.00 am - 5.30 pm
